Conqueror Free Prize Draw

Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. The period will run from 3rd May 2005 to 29th July 2005.
   
   
2. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of Elliott Baxter & Co Ltd or AWA Fine Papers, including their families and anyone directly connected with the draw.
   
   
3. Elliott Baxter & Co Ltd (herein also referred to as EBB) reserve the right to alter the specification of the prizes.
   
   
4. No cash alternatives will be offered for the prizes.
   
   
5. This prize draw will be subject to the laws of England.
   
   
6. An independent observer(s) will make the prize draw at random from a list of qualifying Companies or names (in the case of the general public).
   
   
7. There will be three monthly draws on the 27th May, 30th June and 29th July and the names of all qualifying entrants will be entered into these and the names of the winners drawn at random. The draws will take place at Elliott Baxter & Company Limited, Central Way, Feltham, Middx TW14 0RX.
   
   
8. A total of four names will be chosen at random each month to receive a small/portable television. In addition, three grand prize winners will be selected at random on 29th July as above to receive a TV/DVD system.
   
   
9. A qualifying Company is deemed to be an active and regular purchaser of goods and services from Elliott Baxter & Co Ltd who is not in default of their payment terms.
   
   
10. Any qualifying Company who does not wish to participate in this prize draw should notify EBB in writing to: "Conqueror Prize Draw", EBB Marketing, Central Way, Feltham, Middx TW14 0RX
    
    
11. No purchase is necessary. The draw is open to everyone who qualifies under 2) above. If you would like a free entry form, one per person per family, please send a stamped addressed envelope to: "Conqueror Prize Draw", EBB Marketing, Central Way, Feltham, Middx TW14 0RX. In the case of the general public, only one entry is allowed per person and is exclusive to the person named.
    
    
12. EBB reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to this competition which it considers to have used improper means to enter.
    
    
13. Details of the winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: "Conqueror Prize Draw", EBB Marketing, Central Way, Feltham, Middx TW14 0RX.
    
    
14. If the winner(s) of the prize(s) cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by EBB, then EBB may dispose of the prize(s) as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
    
    
15. Unless won by a member of the general public, the prizes are specifically given to the chosen Company, not an individual.
    
    
16. Elliott Baxter & Company Limited will, under no circumstances whatsoever, be liable for any claim or action resulting from the use or any other aspect relating to, the prize or product and make no representation of the quality of the prize(s) stated.
    
    
17. No correspondence can be entered into.
    
    
18. EBB reserves the right to publicise the prize winners.
    
    
19. EBB reserves the right to amend or cancel any element of the draw without notice.
    
    
20. By entering this draw or accepting a prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules, terms and conditions and be bound by them.
